Information we collect

• Invite requests: your email address, the time you acknowledged the beta terms, and whether an invitation was sent.
• Accounts: your email address, display name, securely hashed password, access state, and sign-in history needed to protect and operate your account.
• Learning: lesson progress, setup acknowledgements, optional private notes, and a limited daily activity summary such as your last learner page and page-view count.
• Technical records: essential session cookies, security logs, and privacy-limited error information needed to keep the service reliable.
• Optional analytics: if you allow it, Google Analytics receives sanitized page paths and limited events such as an invite request, sign-in, setup completion, lesson completion, prompt copy, or note save/delete. It never receives your email address, note content, password or invitation tokens, administrator activity, or advertising identifiers from Craftmorrow.

How we use and share it

We use this information to review invite requests, send transactional account email, secure your account, remember your progress, operate the beta, and fix problems. Craftmorrow does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Information is shared only with service providers that help run Craftmorrow, such as hosting, transactional email, privacy-configured error monitoring, and—only with your permission—Google Analytics, or when required to protect the service or comply with law. Invite and password email necessarily gives the email provider the recipient address and message.

Retention and your choices

We keep invite-request and account records while they are needed to run the beta, prevent duplicate operational work, protect the service, and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs. Learners can ask the program owner for access to or deletion of their information. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, backup integrity, or legal obligations.

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, Google Signals, ad personalization, and advertising user data stay disabled even after you allow measurement. You can change your choice at any time right here or with the “Analytics choices” control in the site footer.

Do not put secrets, regulated data, or sensitive information about other people in lesson notes or in prompts you send to third-party AI tools. ChatGPT and Codex are separate services governed by their own terms and privacy practices; Craftmorrow does not inspect those accounts or conversations.
